Scott’s Polar Trip is presented to us by Square Igloo. Set off for the North Pole with Scott and prepare for an exciting time and lots of fun! There are games played in the area’s tradition, facts popping up when you use the microscope, recipes belonging to the natives and much more!

This is an app that brings a far away land (for many) home to enjoy and explore. Teachers can use this app to reinforce classroom topics or for free time for our kids who absorb information like sponges! Did I mention age level settings and multiple languages?! Let’s give them a tool to bring out the little explorer in them.

What was the initial inspiration for your app?

What is your favorite aspect of your app?

My favorite aspect of the app is that all four games are original, never seen anywhere else: building an igloo, blanket tossing, looking for murre eggs… But I also like the fact sheets: not only the kids but also the parents can learn astonishing details about Arctic animals, nature and the people from the Far North.

Is there anything else you would like to share with our readers?

For those who enjoyed the recent IMAX film Arctic, Scott’s Polar Trip is a good way to extend the North Pole experience.
